Back in March 2022, a writer friend introduced me to 3D art and rendering, and ever since, I’ve been exploring it, teaching myself the intricacies of producing good renders such as posing, lighting, and post work. In December 2022, I decided it was time to share what I accomplished, so I started posting images I created to social media.
This post collects all the pieces from the two month period, and I intend for it to be a start of a recurring series for all those who are too busy to keep up with social media posts. If you’d rather see them as they come, new images are posted on my Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon every Wednesday.

Breaking the Curse

For the first piece of 3d art this year, I shared “Breaking the Curse.” May it turn out an omen and we break the curse of bad news and misfortunes and see a glimmer of a brighter future.
Kamira and Veelk

January 2026 marked the 5th anniversary of the release of By the Pact, my debut book and the first one in Pacts Arcane and Otherwise. To keep my weekly 3d art share in the spirit of the celebrations, shared Kamira & Veelk, the main duo of that epic fantasy series. I made it over a year earlier but never shared. Then, I created new characters for covers, and forgot all about this image.
Damascus Joe

The Huntress

It’s not that I don’t make any art with intention or an idea what I want to do, but a lot of my 3d art is also just experimenting and discovery. After all, every new 3d model purchased is an excuse to test it and maybe learn something new in the process. And if not? I got a picture done!
Every Rose Has Her Thorns

Since Valentine’s Day was coming, I shared themed 3d art! Romance isn’t my usual go to when it comes to art, but I couldn’t help playing around to create a seductive succubus… Be careful, though! She has thorns!
Troubelmaker

Winter seems to be letting go over here, but there’s still time for a wintery 3d art. The little troublemaker had ran afoul of an ent who looks none too happy about being woken up…
Betrayed

For most of February, I was been busy working on art for Sanguine Scenario which I couldn’t share yet, so I didn’t do much other 3d art. I still managed to sneak in a quick piece, “Betrayed,” made just to test new and old products.
