Back in March 2022, a writer friend introduced me to 3D art and rendering, and ever since, I’ve been exploring it, teaching myself the intricacies of producing good renders such as posing, lighting, and post work. In December 2022, I decided it was time to share what I accomplished, so I started posting images I created to social media.
This post collects all the pieces from the two month period, and I intend for it to be a start of a recurring series for all those who are too busy to keep up with social media posts. If you’d rather see them as they come, new images are posted on my Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon every Wednesday.

September and October are months when I share all my “spooky” and “creepy” art (collected over the year), and this year is no different. Prepare for some Halloween-y moods!
Autumn Malady

I took a summer break from sharing my 3d art, but was back, right in time to share spooky-themed art for the Halloween season, and the first piece I shared was this one. I love the little cat model, and it seemed perfect for this image.
Dark Magic

Continuing with the spooky season art, I shared a dark arts battle. It was interesting to work with stronger contrast and deeper shadows, and I’m happy how this image turned out.
Vampiric Huntress

I had fun making this image, and I wanted it to be a little campy, with an 80s movie poster feel.
Zombie

As always, it was “I’ll just test things out” case, but the zombie’s absent expression makes me feel like I can relate to him. Because brrraaains…
Dweller

Halloween is coming, which means more spooky 3D art. I enjoy doing stylized work, and black, white, and red is always a winning color combo.
Giant Spider

I was pondering whether to share this image as I was not entirely happy with it. But it’s Halloween season, and what’s scarier than giant spiders coming through portals? (Okay, few things might be.) And it also shows that not every art piece meets that “perfect!” feeling.
Alight

Experimenting is what I love about art. I buy a 3D model without any particular use in mind (simply because it’s awesome), and then I start playing around. This was the case with this lich, and although the image might be a bit dark, I’m really happy how it turned out.
Beginner Alchemist

And to wrap up the season of spooky and creepy 3D art, here’s a piece I created earlier this year. I think it’s still one of my favorites, and I managed to get the cat’s expression just right, don’t you think?

I hope you enjoyed this collection. Which one is your favorite? And remember, new images are posted on my Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon every Wednesday.
